United Utilities accepts final determinations

The boards of United Utilities Water PLC and United Utilities Electricity PLC made an announcement today noting their acceptance of price limits set by their respective regulators, Ofwat and Ofgem, for the five years commencing 1st April 2005. A presentation made to the city gave more detail on the price review, dividend policy and regulatory contracts.
