UUW increases recent 13-year GBP issue to £275m

On 24 March 2009, United Utilities Water PLC (A3, stable; A- stable) reopened its £200m 5.75% notes due March 2022 by selling a further £75 million to Deutsche Bank AG.  The original issue of notes was priced on 18 March 2008 off UUW's multi-issuer Euro medium term note programme and the £75m reopening has been done via a fungible tap.
