UUW further increase of 7-year GBP issue by £50 million

On 17 June 2009, United Utilities Water PLC (A3, stable; A- stable) priced a third re-opening of its 6.125% notes due December 2015 taking the issue size to £425m.  UUW sold £50 million to The Royal Bank of Scotland plc via a fungible tap.  The original £250m issue of notes was priced on 18 December 2008 off UUW's multi-issuer Euro medium term note programme, and was subsequently re-opened via a £50m fungible tap priced on 9 January and a £75m fungible tap priced on 11 February.
