The annual general meeting of United Utilities Group PLC was held on 23 July 2010 at the Midland Hotel, Manchester.

Following the passing of the resolution, the following articles of association were adopted.
S311A of the Companies Act 2006 required that the following information was to be provided: as at 14 June 2010, the total number of shares in the company in respect of which members are entitled to exercise voting rights at the meeting is 681,536,032 ordinary shares of five pence each. Each share has one vote. The deferred shares do not carry any voting rights.
