If you are registered with ExtraCare we will take extra steps to warn you about any changes to your water supply. If you have told us that you are blind or partially sighted, we will contact you personally if we plan to shut off your water supply.

We can send your bill in Braille or large print, giving you details of how much is due and by when.

Also many of our booklets are available in Braille and large print. So if you would like to request any information in the formats mentioned, just let us know and we'll try to help.

Talking bill

We can telephone you with details and answer any questions you may have before we send your bill to you.

Nominee scheme

We can send your bill to a friend or relative if you would prefer, but please make sure that you check with them before you give their details to us.
