If you do not have any water or your water pressure is poor, this has been caused by a burst water main on Hill Road South. We are currently in the process of repairing this main and your water supply should return to normal as soon as the repairs are complete. If you live in the WA9 area of St Helens and you do not have any water or your water pressure is poor this problem has been reported to us and we are currently investigating the cause we will restore your water supply as soon as possible
Update 7.30pm - We currently have an engineer in the area investigating the cause of the issue when the problem has been identified we will rectify this as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Update 8:30pm - Our engineer has located a burst water main on Lancots Lane. A team has now been requested to repair the main your water supply will be restored as soon as the repairs are completed.
Update 9.15pm - Due to the complexity of this repair it may take some time before the repairs are completed therefore we are currently pumping water in to the main to minimise the inconvenience, the water supply to your property should start to restore. However this may be intermittent or at a reduced pressure until the repairs are fully completed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will restore your water supply as soon as possible.

Update at 04.00 - Our engineers have now left site but the repair will be ongoing later today. We are still pumping water into the main so you should still have water, however you may have poor pressure or an intermttent supply.
