Our programmes

Our world-class graduate programmes are designed to do nothing less than build the future of the company - and even the industry. That's why they immerse you in some of the biggest projects around, alongside recognised experts in the field. Small wonder that we look for the very best people; intelligent, determined team players, from across a number of academic disciplines.

A varied, two-year scheme

Each of the three programmes - Engineering, Operations Management and Professional Services - comprises four six-month placements. Although these are based mainly in the North West, there are some fantastic opportunities internationally and elsewhere in the UK in support of our thriving international agenda, so you will need to be mobile.

Support at all times

Throughout your placements, you'll undertake structured management development, which will build the skills you need for the future. If you're aiming to qualify in your field (and it's relevant to our business), then we'll sponsor you while you do that too.

There's no doubt it's a learning curve -- but you'll have the support of mentors and managers at all times.
