If you are having difficulties paying your bill, please call us, we can help.
We have trained advisors who can discuss how to make paying you bill easier for you. We offer a range of payment frequencies; annual, half yearly, quarterly, monthly, fortnightly and weekly and our advisors can help you work out which of our payment methods best suits your needs. If you receive benefits they can also arrange for your bill to be paid direct from your benefits.

Pay by instalments
You can spread the cost of your bill by paying in instalments. Set up a direct debit and choose your payment date.
